RPC Construction has had the pleasure of working with Graham Hill Roofing Ltd since 2005. Recently GH Roofing completed a new classroom at Rolleston Christian School for RPC Construction. Roofing on this project was completed ahead of programme and to a high standard without defects on the consultant’s remedial list.

CPB Southbase JV recently delivered the Shirley Boys and Avonside Girls Project where GHR played an integral part in achieving completion of this flagship project as a first of its kind in NZ. GHR have supplied and installed the roofing & cladding on several CIAL Rental Car facilities for Apollo Projects in the Mustang Park Development. They work seamlessly with us to ensure Health and Safety matters are addressed and managed. Their Installation team are robust and durable, prepared to work in all sorts of challenging weather. They willingly share limited site space with other subcontractors and are very good at cleaning up on completion, removing any excess and cut material from site. They recognise that ‘call backs’ cost all concerned time and money – we have experienced very few. We are certainly happy to endorse their work.

Great Health and Safety approach, proactive on all aspects, including external auditors being completed throughout duration onsite. Completed all works to a tight programme, ensuring adequate resources were always on-site, including closing out of any items. Works completed to a high standard and runs a well-documented online QA documentation system. Senior management are actively over all site operations, including attending weekly meetings and site visits as required. Showed great experience and knowledge of warm roof and technical flashing systems throughout SD1. Would highly recommend for all future projects.

When required GHR met the requirements of deadlines & programme milestones. There was no issue to quality, in fact, they excelled at this in all areas. GHR perform at a high level of H&S with all staff involved in reporting and advising in new risks. Management was readily available and assisted in coordination issues onsite. In terms of leading, they are well ahead of their trade - one of the best if not the best.
