Time and a half The ordinary hours of work are 40 hours per week, any time physically worked over 40 hours in any week to be paid at time and one half when required.

Can be used for personal use not just workplace issues. They have over 600 professionals available NZ wide to support GHR when needed. This is a completely free service for GHR employees you are welcome to use three free counselling sessions every year, if you are not needing this service can also include immediate family members (partner/spouse of dependent child) if needed.

Training programme Graham Hill Roofing offers a bespoke, inhouse training programme which is located at Head Office in Christchurch. This programme is run by highly qualified and skilled staff and is available to all employees at their request. The programme is designed to enhance or build on current roofing installation and workmanship skills.
Apprenticeship We provide the New Zealand Apprenticeship in Roofing (Level 4) through Vertical Horizons to our staff who are interested in becoming qualified roofers.
