Project Scope

Graham Hill Roofing was engaged to install the roofing, cladding, membrane, gutter and rainwater systems for PAK’nSAVE Henderson. This prokect was originally specified to use a different roofing system prior to the adoption of warm roof technology. However, Graham Hill Roofing and Rooflogic collaborated closely with Lanskey Constructions and Stiffe Hooker to develop a highly durable and efficient insulated roofing system which was tailored to the project’s specific needs. The process involved detailed planning, innovation, and a commitment to improving the structure’s thermal performance.

This project, however, was significantly impacted by the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, including multiple lockdowns, which delayed progress and required additional coordination and flexibility. Despite these difficulties, the project was ultimately very rewarding. The team was able to completely upgrade and enhance the roofing specifications, delivering a highly engineered and meticulously crafted warm roof system. This system not only improved energy efficiency but also offered long-term durability, ensuring the building’s performance would meet modern standards.

The successful completion of this project highlighted the effectiveness of teamwork and problem-solving in overcoming unforeseen obstacles and producing a robust, state-of-the-art roofing solution.
